Scott shares that as HR professionals look for diverse options to manage employee satisfaction, the ability to let people invest where “their heart is”, is an appealing gift to employees.

Eight Companies with Best-in-Class Employee Matching Gift Programs, an article on TriplePundit, notes 65% of Fortune 500 companies do so. It cites a study, Matching Gift and Volunteer Grant Statistics on the Double the Donation site.

All obviously have the financial wherewithal to support such generous matching programs.
